The safety of our clients is our main priority, we are fully insured. Please contact your park/venue before booking as they may require additional insurance information from our insurance provider.
We require a refundable deposit of $75 for bounce house rental & $150 for bounce house & ball pit to secure your date. Deposit will not be refunded if any rules/policies are broken, damages or deep cleaning needed to the equipment.
Unfortunately we will not set up if there is more than a 30% chance of rain or winds more than 20 mph. We ask that you have a back up plan for indoor or reschedule an available date with us.
Canceling your rental more than 7 days before your event will get you a full refund. If you cancel 7 days or less before your event your security deposit of $75 or $150 will be kept as a raincheck for up to one year of cancellation date.
We set up on any leveled surface such as grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers & indoors. We cannot under any circumstances set up on dirt, mud, rocks or gravel. Please make sure area is clean from debri or any animal droppings.
We will arrive 1 hour to 2 hours before your selected start time & pick up at the end of your rental period or up to an hour of your event end time. This time is not included as part of your rental time.
If there will be any restrictions that may delay set up (like stairs, elevators, lack of parking within 20 yards, etc.) please let us know prior to the event so that we may plan accordingly.
We offer free delivery up to 15 miles from 77493. Delivery charges will be added if outside of 15 mile radius, includes set up & breakdown.
Our rentals include up to 5 hours of play in the rental cost (this does not include set-up or breakdown time). The cost per extra hour of equipment rental is $25. Last pick up is at 9:00 PM.
We accept payments through Zelle & Apple Cash Pay.
Each rental item is inspected & deep cleaned after every pickup. We do not book the same items more than once on the same day to allow for proper cleaning & sanitation between rentals. We use non toxic COVID-19 virus killing disinfectants. We also wipe down once more during set up.
Yes, Children must be supervised by someone 18 years or older. If you would like to hire a attendant to be present for your event to supervise children & make sure rules are followed, Please email us for more information.
Yes, Our main rules are: No Shoes, No Food or Drinks, No Sharp Objects, No Face Paint, Silly String, Glitter, Slime, Confetti, Gender Reveal Powders.
